1 General Overview & Acceptance

5 Withdrawal Policy

• Daily withdrawal limits are determined by the member's VIP level.
• Withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals exceeding BDT 10,000 may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Takago's bonus system is user-friendly, but each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be followed:

• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Using another person's card or payment method.

• Use of hacking tools, viruses, or other malicious software.
• Abusive behavior or threats directed at takago staff.
• Stealing another member's identity or attempting unauthorized access to their account.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
