Gaming on takago is purely entertainment — not addiction. We want you to play with enjoyment, stay safe, and always set your own limits.
Responsible gaming means enjoying games mindfully — knowing how much time and money you are willing to spend. takago firmly believes gaming is entertainment, not a source of income.
Many people don't realise when gaming shifts from a habit to an addiction. The goal of takago's Responsible Gaming policy is to help you draw that line yourself — we simply provide the right tools to do it.
Online gaming is growing fast in Bangladesh, and takago wants it to be a positive experience for everyone. That's why we don't just offer games — we also foster a responsible gaming environment.
If gaming is for fun, a loss won't ruin your mood. But if you keep playing to try to win back what you've lost — that's a warning sign.
You decide how much you're willing to spend before you start playing and stick to that limit.
You know how long you'll play each day and consistently stick to that limit.
Don't be discouraged by losses, and never chase them by playing more.
Family, work, studies, and social life are not negatively affected by gaming.
Avoid playing when you're feeling down or stressed, and don't hesitate to ask for help when you need it.
Act Immediately If You Notice These Signs
Spending household money on gaming, taking out loans, or borrowing money from others to fund your play.
Feeling intense anger, frustration, or depression after a loss, then playing again to shake off that mood.
Arguments with family, withdrawing from friends, or lying about gaming habits.
You've repeatedly tried to cut back but can't, or you find yourself playing far longer than intended.
Being late to work, skipping the office, or struggling to focus on studies because of gaming.
Staying up late to game, thinking about gaming right before sleep, or opening a game the moment you wake up.
If you notice two or more of the above signs in yourself, don't delay — contact takago support or activate self-exclusion. This isn't weakness; it takes real courage.
Keep Your Gaming in Check — On Your Terms
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing one requires a 7-day waiting period.
Once you reach a set loss amount, your session will automatically end. This reduces the risk of chasing losses and playing on impulse.
Set a limit on how long you play in one session. When the time is up, takago will send you a reminder and, if needed, end the session.
Take a gaming break lasting anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks. You won't be able to log in during this period, but your balance will remain safe.
Lock your account for 6 months to 5 years. Logging in is completely impossible during exclusion — this is our strongest protection tool.
Review your gaming activity, total spending, and time played over the last 30 days. Stay aware of your own habits.
These tools can be set up from the "Responsible Gaming" section of your takago dashboard. Once registered, you can activate them at any time.
Reflect on These Questions — Answer Honestly
1. Have you ever played again to try to win back money you lost?
2. Have you ever played beyond your planned time or budget?
3. Have you ever argued with family or friends over gaming?
4. Do you feel restless or irritable when you can't play?
5. Have you ever neglected work, studies, or family because of gaming?
If you answered "Yes" to two or more questions, start using takago's responsible gaming tools or reach out to our support team. There's no shame in it.
